App Blocker Privacy Policy
App Blocker is designed to keep your Screen Time choices private and on your device.
Data Collection
App Blocker does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, or third-party crash-reporting services in the app.
The app does not create an account and does not require your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following information is processed and stored locally so the app can provide its features:
- Apps, categories, and websites selected through Apple's Screen Time controls
- Focus, hiding, website-blocking, and scheduling settings
- App preferences and subscription entitlement status provided by the App Store
- App-lock credentials, stored as protected cryptographic hashes in the iOS Keychain
This information is not sent to ZeroPlay servers. Screen Time selections are represented by opaque identifiers managed by Apple; App Blocker cannot inspect the user's private app-usage history.
Screen Time Permission
App Blocker uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks only after the user grants Screen Time permission. These frameworks are used to apply restrictions selected by the user. Permission can be revoked in iOS Settings.
